The Training of Trainers #ToT program under the Faculty Development Initiative by Sindh HEC (SHEC) at the prestigious National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Karachi, was a refreshing and profoundly impactful journey toward enhancing academic rigor.
Coming from a background in corporate training and consultancy as well, this academically intensive #ToT not only refined my instructional design approach but also expanded my understanding of pedagogical and andragogy frameworks, innovation in training, and the principles of inclusive education.

The role presents an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy and operations-oriented individual to help drive and lead RTN’s Business Performance framework. As a Business Performance manager, you will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, working closely with the broader Global RTN leadership team during this crucial time of strategic transformation
Based in Bain GBS Center in Warsaw you will be part of a team that will be the key connection point between RTN Leadership, regional operations, general consulting and internal Beratung business functions (finance, technology services group, etc).
You will play a key role in developing and expanding RTN globally to ensure its financial and budgeting frameworks are equip for the transformation. You will manage relationships with internal Bain Finance and talent partners’ external finance teams, coordinating globally across offices to ensure a successful roll out.
