The inspiration behind Pedagorix emerged during my participation in the #HigherEducationCommission (HEC) #TrainingofTrainers (ToT) program.
The training highlighted the value of modern pedagogical practices including #BloomsTaxonomy, #constructivealignment, #outcomebasededucation, #studentengagement, #assessmentverification, #reflectiveteaching, and #collaborativelearning.
One question remained:
“What happens after the training ends?”
While #educators receive valuable training, implementation often remains manual, fragmented, and difficult to sustain across institutions.
That realization created a vision:
